It would be like you having an iPhone, and your partner having an Android phone. As long as it runs on your PC or Mac, and the emulation is running a version of Android, or iOS, that is able to support the latest version of the Blink app, then you are sorted. You can emulate an Android Phone, a tablet, or an iPhone, or whatever the emulator of your choice supports. It doesn’t matter what your phone is, you are going to emulate an entirely different phone on your PC, not ‘share’ an app on it.
